How do I place an Order?

We currently accept orders through email or Facebook Messenger. Once you've found a jewelry piece you like, just send us a message to help you complete your order.

1. Placing an Order:
   Contact us via email or Facebook Messenger with the details of the item you wish to purchase.

2. Order Confirmation:
   After confirming your order, we will send you an invoice, including the agreed price, taxes, and shipping costs.

3. Payment & Shipping:
   Once payment is received, your item(s) will be shipped to the address you provide, and you will receive a tracking number.

How does the lay away plan work?

We offer a convenient layaway option for purchases.

Initial Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. This secures your item at the current price and will be applied to your final total.

Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance (total price minus $100) will be divided into biweekly payments over 2 to 6 months. If payments are missed or not completed within the agreed time, the layaway will be canceled, and payments made will be non-refundable.

Important Details:

• All prices are in Canadian dollars

• The payment deadline cannot be extended once agreed upon.

• Payments for one layaway item cannot be transferred to another.

• Items on layaway will be shipped once the full payment is received.

• Shipping charges start at $18 and may vary based on destination and weigh
